Spunbonded

스판본드 공정.png

       Spunbonded non-woven fabrics are produced by directly dissolving the chips that produce fibers and then pressing them to form webs. PET (Polyester) and PP (Polypropylene) are mainly used as raw materials and nylon is also sometimes used. Spunbonded non-woven fabrics are a long-fiber fabric that is connected from the production point to the completion point of production without discontinuing the fiber during the injection process.

       Thus, on one hand, it has a higher tensile strength compared to other non-woven fabrics while on the other hand, it has a lower tensile elongation.

   * Types of Chips : PET (Polyester), PP (Polypropylene), Nylon

   * Range of Production Weight : 15 g / ㎡  ~  150 g / ㎡

* Application : Spunbonded non-woven fabrics are generally used for industrial purpose because they have excellent tensile strength,                          durability, and chemical resistance. Also, spunbonded fabrics which composite PP materials are widely used as a

                    sanitary product.

           - Industrial : Automobile Interior Materials, Filter, Cable Protection, Civil Engineering, Agricultural, Coating,
                           Protective Clothing, etc.

           - General Use : Flower Wrapping Paper, Lining Paper, Packing Material, Bed & Furniture, For Printed Matter
