Needle Punching

       Needle punching non-woven fabric is processed with the card or air-laid method, producing the web form. Hence, the needle plate, attached with several special needles, vertically moves in a reciprocating action when the web passes through the needle loom so that the part of the secondary random fiber array is divided into a 3-dimensional random structure.

 

       Thus, needle punching fabrics can be diversly manufactured depending on the needle punching frequency, the needle's density, or production speed, ensuring various functions and physical properties.
